There are 2 steaks per package and average of 1lb per steak, 2lbs per package and will include a combination of the following steaks :
T-Bone, Ribeye, New York, Filet Mignon, Flat Iron, Delmonico, Denver, Sirloin, Skirt, Flank and Round Steak.
Roasts are an average of 3lbs and will include a combination of the following roasts:
Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tip and Arm Roast.
**If a certain item is out of stock we will replace it with a cut of equal or greater value
